Agreement

By using Swipewise you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The app is provided by Tomáš Hájek, IČO 03968944, Na Křivce 1443/1, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic.

Subscriptions

Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

What the app does

Swipewise helps you find and delete photos and videos. You decide what is deleted; please make sure you keep backups of anything important.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
