Who we are

Swipewise is made by Tomáš Hájek, IČO 03968944, Na Křivce 1443/1, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic (“we”). Questions about privacy: [email protected].

Your photos stay on your iPhone

Swipewise reads your photo library only on your device to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and large videos. No photo, thumbnail or analysis result is ever sent to us or anyone else.

Deleting goes through iOS: you confirm it in the system dialog and the items stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.

What we collect

Nothing. Swipewise has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app stores a counter of free deletions on your device only.

This website

This website counts page visits with Umami Cloud (hosted in the EU). It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and keeps no personal data or IP addresses, so visits cannot be linked to you. The Swipewise app itself contains no analytics.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, email or payment details; the app only receives a confirmation from Apple that Pro is active.

Children

Swipewise is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). As described above, we hold no account data about you.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
